Everything people ask before booking a DNA test in New Jersey.
At-home, peace-of-mind tests start at $199. Legal, court-admissible tests are $410, on sale for $375, for one father and one child. Prenatal and immigration testing are priced per case.
A legal test follows chain of custody with a neutral collector and photo ID, so it is admissible in court and for immigration. An at-home test has the same lab accuracy but is for personal knowledge only.
Most results are ready in 1 to 3 business days after the lab receives all samples. Ask about rush processing if you are short on time.
